Unilever Considering Sale of Kate Somerville, REN Skincare

The brands—part of Unilever Prestige—were both acquired in 2015.

Sky News and other media outlets are reporting that Unilever is considering selling Kate Somerville and REN Clean Skincare. Happi has not confirmed these reports. Unilever has been on a quest to streamline and focus on its “Power Brands.”   Kate Somerville and REN were both acquired by the CPG giant in 2015.
